Our Business Foundations Package is a structured one-off service designed to help you get set up with confidence. We will work through key areas you need to consider, give you the practical guidance, and connect you with trusted professionals where specialist advice is required.

We cover all the foundational things you need to consider when starting a business including:

  • Workflow apps and how they fit together.
  • Operations and workflow.
  • Business costs (start up costs, monthly running costs).
  • Growth planning - scalability, outsourcing, and future support networks. 

This service is ideal if:

  • You are starting out and want to make sure you are covering all the basics from the start.
  • You are already in business but want to review your setup to handle growth.
  • You would like practical guidance on systems and processes beyond just bookkeeping.

Optional Add-ons:

  • Break Even Session - to work out what you need to bring in each week/month to break even. We break this down to both dollars and billable hours, and can also review your costings and charge-out rates.
